What a fine stay, nothing too much trouble. Modern hotel with great service and excellent location really close to Oregon after a long flight from the East coast, airport and the terminal. Spotless and new-fashioned rooms with central heating, cable programming and a mini refrigerator. Great view of the mountains nearby from the window.

The staff members were helpful and highly courteous. Got a queen room when we arrived, appreciated that. - the bathroom was large, with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. - the top-notch service and shuttle to and from the airport far exceeded our expectations.

Comfortable beds TV selections-TV Picture Screen- that you can adjust the angle to view from bed. Bathroom had good features. Liked the sofa occasional chair and coffee table arrangement.

There was no little night light for teh bathrrom. When the curtains are closed, you can't see anything to grope your way to the bathroom. If any lights in room left on, there's too much light to sleep with. The room just needs a little itty bitty nightlight. Shower curtain didn't work out well-water leaked out all over the bathroom floor.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was lovely and the location is superb!

My hotel room was good-sized with 2 double beds and a balcony. The room's amenities were nice. The venue was near the MFR airport, stores, restaurants, and attractions in Medford, Oregon.

The hotel's location here is amazing and hard to beat, especially with the convenient airport shuttle service, and it's just 2 miles away from Rogue Valley Mall.

The hotel is modern and has a perfect location close to the Oregon airport. The staff were really helpful and made sure our stay was fine. The Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony and double beds was great. The service, including the shuttle to the airport, was excellent. Everything met our requirements, and we would stay here again next time.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. I was impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism. The room was clean and fresh, with no lingering smells. I had a peaceful and quiet stay, without any disturbances. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room, with ample storage space for my belongings.

There were a few things that could be improved. The food at the hotel was sometimes served cold and the Starbucks coffee didn't taste right.
